I’m Lisa.

I’m a writer, content strategist, obsessive note-taker, passionate audience-builder and digital media veteran with 20 years of professional experience across a wide range of industries. I’ve worked with podcasts, studio networks, nonprofits, individuals, marketing firms, start-ups and more dot-coms than I can count. Writing (and its every related offshoot in the content-creation/editorial process) is my Happy Place.

No matter what I’m working on, I am acutely focused on the audience. Not only who they are on paper—though demographic data is essential, too!—but their motivations, their behaviors, their expectations. To pinpoint the right angle for an audience, I dig into the data and subject matter, using their eyes and my instincts, ultimately allowing me to deliver the high-achieving results clients look for.

When I’m not freelancing, I foster dogs and cats for an incredible rescue group in my area. Please note that I’ve only foster-failed ONCE. I should probably add that to my resume.
